American Banker held a conference targeting the Small Biz industry at the JW Marriott in Downtown Nashville. With keynotes, panels, and other informative presentations, attendees were able to brush up on their financial knowledge with how it pertains to the small business sector.
UPS Healthcare had their Annual Forum at the beautiful JW Marriott. The forum’s world-class speakers, such as Robin Roberts and General Gustave Perna, combined with panels and presentations identified and analyzed powerful trends in the future of healthcare.
Dynasty Financial Planners Investor Forum was an exclusive, invite-only conference featuring three days of purposeful programming focused on trending investment topics & strategy, best practices, entrepreneurial growth and global perspectives. It took place at the Hutton Hotel in Nashville. Financial experts from all over the world gathered and discussed topics of the field. Celebrities Cathy Wood, Jeb Bush, and Daymond John spoke and shared their knowledge.
Emids, a tech company that offers technological solutions for the medical industry, had their conference at the beautiful One Hotel in downtown Nashville. One Hotel is one of the newer hotels in the Nashville market and it was a gorgeous space to have this event. Miranda Lambert closed the event by putting on a stellar performance at the Country Music Hall of Fame!
Samantha brought her husband and their close group of friends down to Nashville to celebrate his 55th birthday. She surprised him with a private tequila tasting with his favorite tequila expert Lucas Assis! She then took him to Attaboy where they enjoyed custom-made cocktails and local, East Nashville delicacies. What a birthday celebration!
The Make a Wish Foundation had their annual “Stars for Wishes”event which is an auction to raise money for the organization. It was housed at the Country Music Hall of Fame, a gorgeous venue with an amazing panoramic view of the Nashville skyline. Lots of money was raised for the organization and little Leah got her wish granted, which was to have tea with a Fairy Princess!
Modern Healthcare put on a seminar at the Hilton Nashville Downtown for human resource professionals in the healthcare industry and that evening had an awards ceremony. It was a great opportunity for healthcare professionals to come together and network.
Truist Bank had their conference at the Omni Hotel. Bankers came and voiced their concerns to the company’s leaders who listened attentively. It was a fantastic demonstration of a democratic workplace in action.
The WPO-Women Presidents Organization-had their annual conference at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Downtown Nashville. Female leaders of prosperous companies came together for a week and shared ideas on how to run a successful business. The Nashville Symphony gave a special performance, to show to the leaders that a successful business is like a symphony, it’s best when all parts run together in concert. One of the most interesting events I’ve ever shot!
The Logan Group got their headshots done and they turned out great! Reminder: it’s a good rule of thumb to get fresh headshots every other year! It’s pretty confusing to meet with a client who has only seen your headshot online to see that you now don’t look anything like your picture!
Workday had their first conference in 3 years and chose the iconic Music City Center to have it. Most of the attendees work remotely so it was a great opportunity for the different departments of this company to get together, network, and share ideas. There were a ton of educational presentations, team-building exercises, and fun activities that definitely set the stage for some fun networking and bond-building.
VAS put on their yearly conference at Opryland Resort. Agriculturalists and Dairy Experts from all over the world converged on Nashville to learn about the industry’s latest trends, share ideas, and network. The conference ended with a boat cruise and dinner on the General Jackson from Opryland to Downtown!
Storyville Gardens, an entertainment complex poised to open in Nashville this year, had their location reveal party at the eccentric Virgin Hotel in Nashville. Hip Hues was there to provide guest with Storyville Swag so they could remember the evening.
After three long years of not being able to hold their event because of Covid, Booking.com, or Click 22, finally had their international conference at Music City Center in Downtown Nashville. Participants were able to listen to presentations about the latest issues in the hospitality industry and also attend an afterparty at The Stage on Broadway.
Valvoline had their international team-building event at John Rich’s house. It was a real treat for the guests to visit his house-he fed them delicious BBQ, gave them his famous Redneck Riviera whiskey, met everyone personally-some lucky guests even got to sit in his private studio and smoke a cigar with him!-and even gave a private performance. It was also the CEO’s birthday and John Rich made sure to sing him Happy Birthday on stage. Needless to say, the Valvoline team had an unforgettable visit to Nashville.
Assembly Food Hall in Downtown Nashville had a super-fun St. Patrick’s Day celebration on their fabulous rooftop called The Skydeck. The Skydeck has a phenomenal view of the city, with live entertainment and on this St. Patrick’s Day, Green beer! The client wanted to capture the festivities of the day’s celebration while portraying their fun and urban brand.
Assembly Food Hall held a Mardi Gras fest on their rooftop and boy, did the good times roll! There was a live brass band, the quintessential Hurricane cocktail, a fortune teller and even a costume contest. it definitely brought the Mardi Gras spirit to Nashville!
Autodesk, a global software company, had a team-building event in Nashville where they brought in team members from all over the world to be part in. They started off with team-building exercises at Opryland, a treasure hunt in Downtown Nashville, then ended the festivities at the Johnny Cash BBQ off of Broadway where they learned how to line dance, had the opportunity to take part in a whiskey tasting, and even see a magician perform. I would say the team at Autodesk had a great time in Nashville!
