Photographing Rexair’s Annual Global Conference in Nashville
I had the opportunity to photograph Rexair’s annual global conference, held at the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Nashville. The event brought together members of Rexair’s worldwide sales team—many of whom typically work remotely and rarely have the chance to connect in person. It was a dynamic and thoughtfully planned event that combined celebration, collaboration, and recognition.
Over the course of the conference, I documented a variety of activities, from structured team-building exercises to game show-inspired competitions that brought a lot of energy to the event. There was a clear emphasis on strengthening team morale and fostering a sense of unity across global teams. These moments translated well into photographs, especially the interactions that happened organically—conversations, shared laughter, and quiet moments of connection between colleagues who were meeting face-to-face for the first time.
The award ceremony was a key part of the event, recognizing top performers across regions. It was clear how much the recognition meant to recipients, and being able to capture those reactions—both formal and candid—was a meaningful part of my role.
Throughout the day, what stood out to me most was the genuine sense of community. For a company with such a wide geographic footprint, Rexair has cultivated a strong and supportive culture. Documenting events like this is a reminder of how much I love what I do.
